I'm a landscape and travel photographer based in Central Victoria.
When I was about 6 or 7 my grandparents gave me my first 'real' camera. A plastic Diana camera became my most prized possession.
As my parents couldn’t afford to be constantly buying film and developing photos of the dog, my foot or the sky I recall most of the time I only pretended to take photos. But after the first grainy, blurry black and white images were developed I was hooked.
Various cheap, crappy cameras passed through my hands over the years until my early twenty’s when photography was put aside as study, family and career became my priority. Having studied Civil Engineering and Town Planning I built my career as a consultant in the land development industry, which remains my day job. But my passion is art and nature which I try my best to combine with my photography.
